ONYX MINING
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains what information the game Onyx Mining ("the game", "we") collects and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, the username you choose, and a securely hashed password (if you sign up with email).
- Google sign-in: your email address and Google account identifier. We only request basic profile access. We cannot see your Google password, contacts, files or any other data.
- Steam sign-in: your public Steam ID. We cannot see your Steam password.
- Epic Games sign-in: your Epic Games account ID (basic profile). We cannot see your Epic Games password, friends, purchases or any other data.
- Game progress: level, experience points, Gem Points, items, and in-game trades and messages.
- Website: when you log in on onyxmining.games, your login session (and, if you choose, a 30-day trusted-device key) is stored in your browser. If you connect a Phantom wallet, the website only reads your public wallet address; it never sees your private keys or recovery phrase and cannot move your funds. If you choose to link the wallet to your account (by signing a message that proves you own it), we store its public address with your account. You can unlink it at any time.
- Trusted devices: a random key stored on your computer so the game does not ask for an email code for 30 days (if you choose this option).
2. How we use it
- To create your account and let you log in.
- To send you verification and password-reset codes by email.
- To save and restore your game progress and run multiplayer features.
We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
3. Where it is stored
Your data is stored by our hosting provider Supabase on servers in the European Union (Paris, France). Data is transferred over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
4. Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except our hosting provider (Supabase), which processes it only to run the game, or when required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and game progress as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will then delete your account and all game progress within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing support@onyxmining.games. If you live in the EU/EEA you also have the rights described in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
